Adam Borcz

Mr. Borcz is a General Partner at Riviera Capital. Prior to joining Riviera Capital, he completed his own self-funded search where he successfully acquired Delta Group Holdings, Inc. (“Delta”), owner of one of the largest commercial furniture installation companies in the mid-Atlantic region. Under his leadership as President/CEO, Delta has grown EBITDA over 80% and returned over 10x his initial investment. He remains the Chairman of Delta.
Previously, Mr. Borcz worked in a variety of roles at Severn Partners, a Private Equity firm focused on distressed acquisitions. He then worked as an Operating Partner on several transactions including the turnaround and leading the ERP transition of the sports apparel company Fanzz, based in Salt Lake City.
Prior to this, Mr. Borcz worked for the publicly traded energy company, United States Enrichment Corporation (NYSE: LEU), the United States’ sole uranium enrichment company providing nuclear fuel to commercial power plants. Before that, he served for seven years as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, which included deployments to the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Mr. Borcz earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, where he graduated with Merit, and was also a Division I Lacrosse player and 2x All American. Additionally, he earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s of Science in Engineering from the Catholic University of America.
He is very active with various Naval Academy boards and programs including the Board of Trustees for the Naval Academy Foundation, Athletic & Scholarship Program, a Member of Maryland’s 2nd Congressional District Service Academy Nomination Panel, and co-Founder of the Naval Academy Lacrosse Brotherhood.
