Jim Mills

Jim is a co-founder of Waypoint Acquisitions. He has over 20 years of experience operating and advising companies across multiple sectors including technology, manufacturing, CPG and business services.

Prior to Waypoint, Jim held executive roles at two early-stage companies including most recently the Chief Revenue Officer of Syght, an emerging security technology company where he continues to serve on the advisory board. Prior to Syght, Jim was CEO and co-founder of Farmhand Organics, a regional food manufacturing and distribution business. He spent the formative years of his career overseeing sales channel management and customer experience programs for global and middle market b2b technology, retail, cpg and business services clients.

He lives in Denver, Colorado where he enjoys spending time and outdoor adventures with his wife and three daughters.
