Stephen Koza

Stephen is the CEO of EverOps. Prior to EverOps, Stephen built new businesses inside two successful Silicon Valley technology companies: Samsara, a recent-IPO industrial software startup; and Meraki, a $3B division of Cisco. There he grew a business from inception to $400M in annual sales. He’s also an active advisor to early-stage startups.

Stephen has worked internationally and led teams responsible for delivering over $1B in revenue. He is passionate about bringing his experience to thriving SMBs and investing his energy with passionate teams. Stephen lives in San Rafael, CA with his wife and 1-year old son.
