What We Invest In

We invest in companies with the following characteristics:
REVENUE
$5 million to $30 million with a strong base of recurring revenue.
EBITDA
$1 to $5 million with a minimum of 20% margins.
GROWTH
A minimum of three years of double-digit growth.
INDUSTRY
Business services where there is clear opportunity for scale.
KEY CHARACTERISTICS
Significant growth potential and/or ability to generate outstanding cash flow.
