Ania Aliev

Ania is Founder & Managing Principal at Caspian Capital Group. Ania is an entrepreneur herself who has always had a love for small business. She received her undergraduate education at Trinity College and afterwards began her career as an Institutional Equity Sales Associate on Wall St. After three years on Wall St., Ania left to pursue her MBA at the Tuck School of Business. While there, Ania founded and launched her own small business, which she then exited ahead of graduation to pursue her next entrepreneurial challenge – acquiring and running a small to medium sized business. Outside of work, you can find Ania on the tennis court and with her friends and family. Ania lives in the Boston area with her husband, Brendan, and her dog, Zorro.
