Zack Perry

Zack Perry is a Managing Partner of Glass Lake Holdings.

In 2018, Zack acquired RRS Medical, an electronic medical records business based in Pennsylvania. Zack invested heavily in sales and marketing, customer success, and operations. As a result of these investments, RRS doubled revenue and landed on Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies.

Zack started RRS’s Finance, HR, IT, and Sales departments from scratch, and like Brian, he implemented the EOS management framework to articulate RRS’s Mission, Vision, Values, KPI’s, Annual Goals, and Quarterly Objectives.

Prior to RRS, Zack worked at Deutsche Bank helping clients execute funding strategies.

Zack holds a B.A from Trinity College and lives in Plano, TX with his wife and two sons. He’s a Past President of AHIOS, and sits on the Board of the Texas Healthcare Advisory Council. He’s also a 2x Full Ironman and 5x Half Ironman triathlete.
